1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bold Petals platform, operated by Bold Petals LTD ("we," "us"). By registering or booking a service, you agree to these Terms, forming a binding agreement between you and Bold Petals.

2. User Registration and Accounts

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Credentials

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

Verification

We may require identity verification to ensure safety and trust on the platform.

3. Service Booking and Cancellations

Booking

All appointments are subject to real-time availability. You select a date/time via our calendar interface.

Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty; cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee as set by the provider.

No-Show

Failure to arrive without prior notice entitles the provider to charge a no-show fee.

4. Marketplace and E-Commerce

Product Listings

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by the respective vendors.

Shipping and Delivery

• Standard shipping (3-5 business days)
• Express shipping (1-2 business days)
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Returns and Refunds

Free returns are available within 7 days of receipt for all eligible items. Specific return policies may vary by vendor.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Bold Petals—logos, trademarks, text, and graphics—is owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

6. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post abusive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Harass or discriminate against other users
• Reverse-engineer our platform or interfere with system integrity

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bold Petals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum aggregate liability will not exceed the total service fees paid by you in the preceding six months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Bold Petals against any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions. Affected parties must notify the other and use reasonable efforts to mitigate impacts.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes will first be addressed through amicable negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, they'll proceed to binding arbitration in Lagos under ICC rules.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the platform after revisions constitutes acceptance.
