How do I reset my password?

  3. Enter the email associated with your account
  4. Follow the instructions sent to your email

Can I change my account type?

If you'd like to change from a customer to a business account or vice versa, please contact our support team.

Booking Services

How do I book a service?

  1. Browse or search for service providers
  2. Select the vendor you're interested in
  3. Choose the specific service you want to book
  4. Select an available date and time
  5. Review your booking details
  6. Complete payment to confirm your appointment

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty through your customer dashboard. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur fees set by the service provider.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel appointments through your dashboard up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to fees at the provider's discretion.

Shopping

How do I track my order?

  1. Log into your customer dashboard
  2. Go to "Order History"
  3. Find your order and click "Track"
  4. View real-time updates on your shipment status

What are my shipping options?

Bold Petals offers two shipping methods:

  • Standard (3-5 business days)
  • Express (1-2 business days)

How do I return an item?

  1. Log into your customer dashboard
  2. Go to "Order History"
  3. Find the order containing the item you wish to return
  4. Click "Return Item" and follow the instructions
  5. All eligible items can be returned within 7 days of receipt

What payment methods are accepted?

Bold Petals accepts Mastercard, Visa, and Verve payments.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all transactions are secured with SSL/TLS encryption, and we follow PCI-DSS standards to protect your payment information.

When am I charged for my booking?

For service bookings, payment is collected at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

For Businesses

How do I list my services on Bold Petals?

  1. Create a business account
  2. Complete your business profile with images and description
  3. Add your services with details, pricing, and availability
  4. Once approved, your services will be visible to customers

How do I manage my availability?

Through your business dashboard, you can:

  • Set regular business hours
  • Block off dates/times when you're unavailable
  • View and manage your upcoming bookings

How and when do I receive payments?

Payments for your services are processed at the time of booking. Funds are transferred to your registered bank account according to the payment schedule in your vendor agreement (typically weekly or bi-weekly).
